Kate Masterson

Hello! My name is Kate Masterson and I am currently a sophomore here at Umass Amherst studying biology while on the Pre-Med track. My hobbies include working out, eating, hanging out with friends, finding underground music and of course finding the next best Netflix movie/TV series to watch. I am a very driven and committed student with a great work ethic. In terms of goals I plan on going to medical school after college and pursing my dream of being a holistic doctor. Although I am a biology major I have always had a passion for writing, especially creative writing which is what motivated me to apply to be a writer for the Odyssey. I believe that I have a lot of similar views with girls here on campus and I would love to vocalize them through witty yet meaningful writing.
