10 Songs To Get You Through The Rest Of The Semester

As midterms are quickly approaching and spring break is on the horizon, music is something that can get a college student through anything. Between assignments, projects and tests, a student's workload can create a lot of stress on them and dance parties in the dorm room can calm anyone down.

1. That's What I Like - Bruno Mars

A perfect song with a fun, upbeat and retro vibe. Easy to dance to and have a good time jamming out to!

2. Location - Khalid

A slower, more chill song that will calm down your anxiety and relax you. The chorus will be stuck in your head for the rest of the day.

3. Sorry - Beyoncé

No playlist is worth listening to unless there is at least one Beyoncé song on it. This one is great to turn the volume up and sing your heart out to.

4. Bibia Be Ye Ye - Ed Sheeran

After a year off, Ed Sheeran released a new album and this is one of the tracks. Listen to this song when you are feeling down about life and it is sure to put a smile on your face.

5. How Far I'll Go - Moana

It is an unspoken rule that when you listen to a Disney song, you have to sing at the top of your lungs and dance like no body is watching. With Moana being the newest Disney princess, this song will make you feel like you are on top of the world.

6. Rockabye - Clean Bandit (feat. Sean Paul and Anne-Marie)

Just close your eyes, put some headphones in and pretend you are at the beach. This song gives off major vibes of sand, tans and summer.

7. All Time Low - Jon Bellion

With a great beat to dance to and friends who will scream the lyrics to with you, this song is a great stress reliever.

8. Too Good - Drake (feat. Rhianna)

A great song to sing with your bestie and try to beat this dynamic duo.

9. Chained to the Rhythm - Katy Perry

The newest Katy Perry song with a powerful message and just a great song to enjoy and put you in a good mood.

10. No Problem - Chance the Rapper (feat. 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne)

A song that nearly anyone and everyone knows. It's a great one to listen to and forget about everything that is going on in your life for a little bit.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
