Lil Wayne has been around for almost twenty years in hip hop. And regardless of your music taste, you cannot deny that Weezy has changed the game forever. Whether flooding the streets with mix tapes or selling platinum after platinum record, Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. has made more of a mark than all of this tattoos. Relationships have evolved in recent years as well, especially on college campuses. With the rise of Tinder and a higher acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community, it is evident that the dating world had changed, and is never going back. So for all of my college students who are in relationships, this one's for you. 10 Relationship Moments As Told by Lil Wayne.

1. When you see that person for the first time.

Whether you're swiping right on Tinder or walk into your 300 person lecture, when you see that person, everything changes. You stop paying attention to anything else around you and the only thing that matters is them. Maybe you pull down the sunglasses and shoot them a wink... or maybe you run to the nearest desk and just admire their existence. Whatever floats your boat...

2. When you try to ask them out on the first date.

I don't care if you're the head quarterback of the football team or the new kid on the debate team, no one is cool headed when they ask someone out for the first time. Don't forget, this nervousness is more than ok and is actually a good sign. This means that you actually care if they say yes or no.

3. When you're getting ready for that first date.

Yeah... we've all had that moment when we looking at ourselves in the mirror and you feeling yourself more than Beyonce and you start hyping yourself up. This is good! Enjoy it!

4. When you're on your way to pick them up.

Two things. 1.) Please don't stick your head out of the sun roof of your car when you're driving. I know it seems fun and whimsical, but that's a one-way ticket to the insurance office. 2.)...I know that's not Lil Wayne, but it's from a Lil Wayne music video. So quit being a smart ass and just enjoy the GIF.

5. When the check comes and they try to grab it.

I'm not trying to apply any gender roles by any means, but the one thing that hasn't really changed is that usually, the person who asked the person on the date pays for whatever you guys/gals/non-binary pals end up doing. It's a nice gesture, and it's a way to show that you somewhat have your shit together.

6. When you kiss them for the first time.

Yeah... don't even try to deny it. You get happy as hell and do a little happy dance back to your place.

7. When they text you that their roommate's gone.

Enough said...

8. When your best friend meets them and they like them.

If they pass the best friend inspection... you're doing alright. Relationships come and go, but best friends are forever.

9. When you have your first fight...

I know it sucks, and it seems like they've turned on you. But if you guys care about each other, you'll figure out a way to resolve it.

10. When you look back at all the good and bad times and realize that they're YOUR person.

Not every relationship you have is gonna work out, and that's OK. You just need to handle it like a mature adult and take them as learning experiences. You'll find that person eventually, and everything's gonna make sense. Just be patient and keep doing you!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
