10 Reasons Why Marnie The Dog Is Your Spirit Animal

For those of you who don’t know her, now you do. Marnie the Dog is a hit on Instagram. Her owner in New York City rescued her after living on the streets in Connecticut. She now lives a fun-filled and happy life in NYC where she can run at the park, eat lots of snacks, and go on fun adventures with her owner. Marnie is well known for having her head at a slight tilt due to Vestibular Syndrome, as well as for sticking out her very long tongue. She is absolutely adorable and it’s exciting to see what adventures she endures. Here's why is she's everyone’s spirit animal:

1. I don't know about you, but I'm always down for a snack. Whether you're in the dorm studying, laying out by the pool, strolling through the streets of NYC, or even just lounging on the couch, snacks are a must.

2. Fries before Guys. We ladies have to stick together in this world of delicious fries and rude guys.

3. Nap time is the best time. Girls can nap anywhere. We can nap in the car, in a chair, on the couch, in a bed, on your shoulder, on the floor, in class, and at the beach. If we're tired, you better believe you can find us napping.

4. Pizza is the best snack of all. I would date pizza if it were socially acceptable. I would eat it for every meal is I could. Pizza is bae.

5. "All the lonely Starbucks lovers." We all do it. We get really into a song at the frat, liquid courage takes full flight, and then...we belt out the wrong line of the song!

6. We're all secretly apart of Tswift's famous clique...even if Taylor doesn't know about it. It's full of awesome girl power, starring Selena Gomez, Cara Delevingne, Martha Hunt, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid, and Marnie, of course!

7. It's Friday night and you know you have to dress to impress at your favorite frat. You have the perfect dress to catch the eye of the cutie from your class.

8. Next morning's hangover has got you like:


9. Sun's out, tongue's out! Yay for summer time!! No more school, work, or responsibilities! Time to get this party started!

10. Overall you're just a happy-go-lucky kind of girl. Marnie is definitely your spirit animal.
