10 Most Insta-Worthy Places In Tallahassee

Looking to spruce up your insta-game a bit, but don’t know which locations here in Tallahassee are the best to do so? Look no further. Tallahassee is one of the best cities to bring out your granola side, as well as your trendy side for pics. All you have to do is get up and out of your bed every once in a while. While that may be difficult, there are so many places in Tally worth seeing and capturing with your iPhone. So go outside and find them. I’ve compiled a list of a few here to get you started. Trust me, your insta game will thank you.

1. Maclay Gardens

Known for its beautiful floral landscapes during the spring and its purely green grounds, Maclay Gardens is perfect for an insta.

2. Railroad Square

This place is perfect if you’re into graffiti and colorful walls. Everywhere you look there’s a different backdrop to take a pic in front of. Everything from turquoise to metallic, Railroad Square’s got your insta’s back.

3. Tom Brown Park

Want to show your followers that you did something active with your day? Tom Brown is about as granola as it comes for that. Go for a hike and take a cute nature pic on one of the many trails. Simple as that.

4. Catalina Café

Feeling hipster and really craving a cup of coffee? Make an insta out of it! Catalina is the perfect place to show your followers that beautiful cup of joe next to those new laptop stickers you’ve been dying to show off.

5. The Before I Die Wall

Located in the heart of downtown Tallahassee, The Before I Die Wall is the coolest place to take an insta. Write something you want to do before you die on one of the slots, then take a pic in front of it. Super cool, super different.

6. Leon County Sinks

If Tom Brown wasn’t granola enough for you, Leon Sinks will surely fill your nature craving. The sinks are very insta-worthy and have the coolest colors. Definitely not something you see every day.

7. Madison Social

This bar/restaurant is great for more than good drinks and food, it’s actually pretty great for an insta too. The outside tables on a beautiful day are the best lighting for photos with friends. Don’t believe me, check it out!

8. J R Alford Greenway

Sometimes your insta just needs some fresh air, you know? The greenway is the best place to help with that. Acres upon acres of green fields waiting to be explored and captured for an insta.

9. Gordos Cuban Restaurant

If you think this sounds weird for insta, you aren’t doing happy hour right. The bright colored picnic tables and beautiful signature drinks are definitely worth an insta or two. Who wouldn’t think it’s a good idea to insta after happy hour?

10. Doak Campbell Stadium

When it's not closed for construction, Doak is the best place for an insta your followers will love. Whether it's game day and the stadium is packed in garnet and gold, or you just go on a day to do some stair steppin', Doak is ready for that camera always. So capture its beauty.

There, you have some places to start you off. I promise you won’t be disappointed, and neither will your followers. Step up that insta-game, and hey, maybe you might find a new favorite hang out spot in Tally as well.
