Your Personality Based On Your Favorite Ice Cream Flavor

Now that it is officially summertime, there is no better way to beat the heat than by enjoying the cool, creamy richness of ice cream. Whether you’re more of a milkshake maniac or soft serve sweetheart, there is no denying the fact that ice cream brings so much joy into so many people’s lives. Ever wonder what your favorite flavor says about you? Wish you could see the true colors of the guy/gal you’re on a first date with simply by what they order at the ice cream parlor? Well, here is your official guide to understanding how someone’s favorite ice cream reflects their true personality.

1. Vanilla

Often mistaken as too plain or boring, these vanilla lovers are actually very well rounded and classy individuals. Moving through their days with grace and elegance, they strive to find harmony in the world around them. Much like vanilla, which blends beautifully with all different types of toppings and other flavors, these individuals get along well with different personalities and avoid conflict at all cost.

2. Chocolate

Similar to the vanilla fans, chocolate enthusiasts are accepting of all different characters. They are open-minded individuals who aren’t afraid of stepping out of their comfort zone. Though they may come off as cocky or selfish at times, their confidence symbolizes the stability and overall sense of happiness within their lives.

3. Strawberry

Strawberry supporters have a sweetness and likability about them that allows people to feel comfortable enough to open up to them. Loyal and true to their word, they never break their promises and are there for you whenever you need them to be. Usually having difficulty saying no, devoted strawberry lovers are also prone to stress because of their commitment to helping everyone around them

4. Mint Chocolate Chip

Those who enjoy mint chocolate chip are the people that everybody likes hanging around. Willing to try anything, they are always up for having a good time and will never shy away from an opportunity to do something adventurous. Though viewed as the “popular” kids most of the time, mint chocolate chip fans have kind and genuine hearts that reveal the softer side of them.

5. Cookie Dough

Cookie dough crazies are loud and love to laugh. Probably the “funny” one in their friend group, they are always showing off their colorful personality, but also find it hard to open up about more serious topics. Like the ice cream itself, these fanatics are quite the burst of flavor, but also have so much more hidden beneath the surface.

6. Cookies and Cream

Cool, calm, and collected in every situation, cookies and cream fanatics are strong and well put together individuals. Through every tough situation life throws at them, they respond with poise and dignity, which reflects their easygoing nature. Not necessarily always the life of the party, they still enjoy having a good time through more laid back activities.

7. Peanut Butter Cup

Peanut butter cup lovers are perfectionists, always wanting to please the people around them before themselves. They have a lot of pressure to be the best-version-of-themselves, but they are also understanding and easy to talk to. Strength is a key trait that they possess, and though they may not be the most outgoing people, they have hearts and minds that inspire.

8. Coffee

Coffee cravers are introverts but also have so much wisdom and insight to contribute to society. Though they may hide in the shadows at times, their polite friendliness and ability to listen is appreciated by the people who are especially close to them. Their unique perspective of the world makes them the best at handing out advice.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
