If you follow Kanye West on Twitter, you probably have noticed that he doesn't tweet very often. However, he has gone on several hilarious Twitter rants this month, bringing much joy to the Twitter universe. His tweets started in January when he announced that he was switching his album title from "Swish" to "Waves." Then, a couple of weeks later, he decided to change the album title again to "The Life of Pablo." In the midst of changing the album name to "Waves," Kanye because involved in a Twitter feud with Wiz Khalifa. To this day, I still have no idea how the feud started or what it was about. Kanye then announced that he was "53 million dollars in personal debt," and started asking Mark Zuckerberg for money. Yeezy has since tweeted many times, with confusing messages. The following is a list of Kanye's tweets that I will attempt to explain.
1. "53 million dollars in personal debt."
What? Kanye is in debt? Didn't Kanye just buy Kim 150 Christmas presents? Although Kanye spends money like he owns the world, maybe he should cut down on his expenses. More on this subject to come later.
2. "Mark Zuckerberg invest one billion dollars into Kanye West ideas."
Kanye is clearly desperate enough for money that he is willing to publicly ask Mark Zuckerberg to give him one billion dollars. However, isn't it ironic that Zuckerberg owns Facebook and Yeezy is tweeting about needing the money?Perhaps he would have been more successful is he asked Zuckerberg on the website he owns. Also, what are these "Kanye West ideas?" Is he going to invent ways to help solve the world's problems? Isn't it funny how Kanye initially says that he is 53 million dollars in debt, but then he asks Zuckerberg for one billion dollars?
3. "Ima fix wolves."
Obviously one of Kanye's great ideas is to fix wolves. Maybe he will become a "Wolf Whisperer" and train wolves to be good household pets? I'm all for fixing wolves if they will help our world be a better place. Perhaps Kanye was tweeting about one of the new songs called "Wolves?" The world may never know. Maybe this will be his campaign slogan in 2020?
4. "I'm practicing my Grammy Speech."
Kanye's tweets reached a whole new level of craziness when he tweeted that he expected to win "Album of the Year." First of all, Kanye was not nominated for any Grammy awards this year, but that didn't matter to him. Since Kanye claimed that "The Life of Pablo" is "album of the life," he probably assumed he would be honored at the Grammys. The fact that the Grammy nominations came out in December and he tweeted this on the day of the Grammys probably did not matter to him.
5. "I need access to more money in order to bring more beautiful ideas to the world."
Ah, so Kanye isn't actually in debt after all? Although Yeezy is personally rich, he needs money to bring his ideas to life. Do these "beautiful ideas" include closets that will pick out an outfit for you based on your mood, because I'm down for that.
6. "If you want to help ... help me..."
Kanye later tweets saying that instead of helping uneducated children in Africa, we should be giving our money to him. Unless Kanye is about to solve world hunger, I'm going to stick with helping children receive an education.
7. "Donda chart."
First of all, let's break this Donda chart down...
Under the "Lifestyle" section, Kanye lists things such as "amusement parks" and "container company" as some of the things he wants to invest in. I would love to see what a Yeezy themed container would look like.
For the "Home" section, Kanye makes a mention of hovercrafts and "seven screen movie experience." After reading this, I think Kanye should just have his own HGTV show.
One of Kanye's ideas under the "Internet" section is "luxury search engine." I don't know about you, but I think that a luxury search engine could change our lives forever.
Until Kanye's next Twitter rant, be sure to keep the Yeezy spirit alive by listening to "The Life of Pablo." #Kanye2020
