Put yourself first.
Do you, and work on yourself. When you become a better person amazing things happen; you become a happier, healthier person. You focus on your goals and chances are you'll attract a better partner without trying
Eat less garbage.
Diets never stick, but by letting yourself have smaller amounts of unhealthy foods you get the taste you're craving without going completely overboard and you’ll be less likely to fall off the wagon.
Do yoga.
We all want to work out post New Years but instead of buying that gym membership you'll stop using after a month why not do yoga instead? Yoga helps balance the mind and body providing calm and improved strength and flexibility. Best part? You don't even need to leave the house.
Care less about the opinions of others.
People always have something to say to bring you down, why? Probably because they're dissatisfied with their own lives and would rather attack others than deal with their own issues. So be happy, be free, and don't worry about others; just be you and own it. After all a wolf does not trouble himself with the opinion of sheep.
Cut off toxic relationships.
Be it an old ex, “friends,” or some coworker it doesn't matter. If someone or multiple people aren't doing anything positive or supportive of you and are instead influencing your life in a negative way—cut it off. Toxic relationships are just that—they are poison—they are unhealthy and screw with you in numerous ways. Cut the dead weight and watch how quickly you start to feel better about yourself.
Set manageable goals.
Break your goals down into attainable parts by mapping out what you need to to year by year, month by month, day by day to attain them and get to it. You'll never get there by just sitting around wondering.
By doing all this you can make all the changes you wish to make in your life, in a healthy, manageable way. Namaste and Happy New Years
