For the longest time I had such a hard time finding a place where I could escape reality. I tried many things that I just wasn't good at. I was worried that I would never find that one thing where I could sit down and my feelings could just flow out of me. Until I discovered writing.

I always dreaded writing papers in school so I was especially shocked when I realized writing was the thing for me. I hated writing in school because I hated being told what to write. I prefer being able to write what I feel as opposed to have my paper or essay laid out for me, it takes all of the creativity away.

Writing freely is a way for me to let loose and just let words flow. Writing this article the words are streaming out of me and I'm not even thinking about it. I don't feel this way about anything else. The feeling I get when I'm writing can't be explained, but it's the best feeling in the world.
