Yes, I Am A Woman And I Love Football.

I am sick of being told I can't love football because I am a woman. I can, thank you very much, and here are some signs that you can too.

My favorite season would have to be Football Season. The leaves turn red and orange, the weather is perfect, and most importantly, football takes over my life. I love football. I have ever since I was 4 years old. I remember watching football games with my brothers and my dad. They taught me all of the rules to football. I fell in love with the sport early on, but now that I am older, people think I only love football to impress people. There are certain things that are really annoying as a woman who loves football. Here are five signs that you are a woman who loves football.

1. You are constantly judged when cheering or screaming at the TV. People give you weird looks for screaming at the TV, yet when men do it, it's totally normal.

2. You're sick of not being able to buy regular jerseys. I seriously don't want a rhinestone jersey. Thanks, but no thanks.

3. People assume that the only reason you like football is for boys. I love the game, I could care less about what the guys look like.

4. When you meet a girl who loves football as much as you. I have only met two girls who love football as much as me and they are some of the best friends I have ever had.

5. When guys try to explain plays and positions to you. Quit talking to me like I don't understand what a wide-receiver is.

I am not the stereotype of a female football fan, and I am well aware of that. More people should respect women who love football. We know the players, actually pay attention to what is going on during the game, and just want to enjoy the season. Next time you come across a woman who loves the sport, instead of questioning her: maybe just sit back and watch the game with her.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
