If heaven had visiting hours, I would be sure to see you everyday. I could fill you in on all of the things you missed and you could tell me all the things you've always wanted to say.

If heaven had visiting hours, I would tell you that I miss you. You could tell me all your stories and I could show you how much I grew.

If heaven had visiting hours, I would show you all the things I could do. Every talent I have, every skill that shines through.

If heaven had visiting hours, you would never be alone. I would come everyday and I wouldn't want to go home.

But heaven doesn't have visiting hours, and you got set free. I can only know that God needed you more than me.

Heaven doesn't have visiting hours, so I guess I'll have to wait. The day I get to meet you, I'll see you at that pearly gate.
