Why We Should Stop Regretting In Our 20's

We are on the brink of our adult lives, of graduation, of committed relationships, of real life. Why are we allowing ourselves to be stuck in the past? High school is over. The guy who never called, the friendships that you've lost -- these things don't matter any more. Stop regretting choices you've made, and move on. The reason you're at this point in your life is because of the necessary choices that you've made. Be content with those decisions.

Whoever has upset you, be done with it.

Appreciate the friends who’ve stood by you.

Forgive others, but most importantly -- forgive yourself.

The choices you’ve made do not define you.

Don't dwell on past negativity.

Never settle and stop worrying about the future. Enjoy the now.

Work hard; you’ll get there.

Take chances, you have nothing to lose.

As scary as it is, be excited, your life is just beginning.

Stop regretting and start living.

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
