Why Spencer Reid Would Make The Best Boyfriend

So, my obsession with Criminal Minds is at an all time high. I know, I'm a little late to the game, but I'm four seasons in and I AM IN LOVE with Dr. Spencer Reid. Yes, Morgan is super attractive, but it's Spencer who has my stolen my heart. In almost every episode I find another reason why Spencer is my favorite.

Here's a list of reasons why Dr. Spencer Reid would be the best boyfriend:

1. He is smart, but not condescending.

Spencer may not be shy when it comes to sharing what he knows, but he humble about it and good at explaining it to other people.

2. He is compassionate.

Spencer goes above and beyond by doing everything he can to get to know someone, make them more comfortable or put a smile on their face. He isn't afraid to let the "tough" facade down on the job.

3. He is just the right amount of awkward.

There is no denying that Spencer is socially awkward, but it's adorable and makes him even more lovable.

4. He is a great listener.

Spencer has a way of listening to people rather than just hearing them speak. He can tell when someone is upset, and always offers an open ear.

5. He is brave.

It's no secret that Dr. Reid has demons of his own, but he uses his past and sometimes depressed mind to understand and empathize with others.

6. He respects women.

Notice, he didn't say "hot," or "sexy," he said "beautiful," and then continued to say that looks aren't everything.

7. He see's things in new and different ways than everyone who has looked at them before.

Spencer isn't willing to give up at the first dead end. Even when everyone else has given up, he keeps rethinking it until he reaches a new conclusion.

8. He is adorable.

Nothing pulled at my heart strings more than when JJ told Dr. Reid he was the godfather of her son Henry.

9. Beyond being smart, he is wise.

Despite being the youngest member on the BAU, he is sometimes the wisest and always knows what to say.

10. He isn't afraid to be himself.

His entire life, Spencer was made fun of for being different, but he didn't let that stop him from being himself and doing what he loves.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who absolutely loves Dr. Spencer Reid. If you need me, I'll be binge-watching "Criminal Minds."

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
