Last Wednesday, September 9, Justin Timberlake was a guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, AGAIN (along with Ellen DeGeneres and musical guest, Macklemore), and of COURSE they entertained us with a "History of Rap 6."
Including popular songs such as: "Straight Outta Compton," "Mo Money Mo Problems," "Bugatti," and more, JT and Fallon really pleased the crowd. In my opinion, this is definitely my favorite type of performance from the two. Fallon, pro at voice impersonations, and Justin Timberlake, pro at singing (of course), make for the perfect combination for this sort of performance. Plus, they're both not bad on the eyes.
Whether you grew up an N'Sync fan or you've always watched Jimmy Fallon, there's no doubt that you love the two together. They make the ultimate bromance. And they're not just funny together on The Tonight Show or SNL. Recently, a video surfaced of them dancing to Beyonce's "Single Ladies" together at the U.S. Open.
The best part about this duo is that they never take themselves too seriously. Anytime they act together, you can see one of them always trying to hold in a laugh - which never works. They definitely define #friendshipgoals. And the best part is that they both are married and have children! I can't even imagine how hilarious that dynamic could get.
When Jimmy Fallon performed "Whip" on the show with his Lip Sync battle with DeGeneres, JT could not keep a straight face. They build off of each other's humor (shown in this tweet: https://twitter.com/FallonTonight/status/641822630...), and I hope that their performances continue for the rest of our generation.
