We've all sat down back at home at 3 p.m. on a weekday, with a diet Coke in hand, to watch some of the most quality television out there--the Ellen Degeneres Show.

There are so many reasons that Ellen is literally one of the best people out there, but there are really a few that encompass our love for this amazing gal.

1. She's hilarious.

Because not only everything she says is pretty much comedy gold, but also considering the kinds of antics she pulls on the show, to her guests and crew, and just about everything else associated with the show.

2. She's one of the most charitable people, like, ever.

Ellen has countless people on the show that she has heard have been doing these amazing things for their communities, and she uses her fame to do great things for people and give them some of the things they might really need.

5. We just love her, and she definitely loves her fans back.

I mean how can you not love this woman? She's one of the most fun, successful and just all around awesome people in the spotlight today.
