Holding out hope for the uncertain success of President-Elect Donald Trump is an exhausting task. Here are 5 reasons why this Holiday season is the perfect time to pack up your bags and take a load off in the land of OZ.

1. Australia has amazing beaches!

Australia has some of the best landscapes in the world. The coast line of 36,735km long, and over 10,600 beaches makes for plenty of vacation spots.

2. The food is great!

Brekkie all day long.

3. Switch up the normal routine

For any who are unaware, Australia is in the Southern Hemisphere. Australia offers diverse climate warm in large parts of the country for most of the year. Yes that means a warm Christmas.


4. Australia has representative government.

And voting is mandatory. So you don't have to worry about a "silent majority."

5. Most importantly, Australia has been as been voted the best place to live for many years.

People love it there. What more could you ask for?
