To The Person Who Feels Like Every Day Sucks And Is Awful, Same

For whatever the reason bad things happen. Bad things happen to good people. I don't consider myself a good person, but I don't consider myself a bad person either. I'm just meh.

But still, bad things happen. When one thing goes wrong, everything else seems to go wrong. The world seems to take all this negativity and just throw it at you. It's like a bunch of bricks, slamming you. And it sucks.

This isn't going to be an uplifting BS article glorifying how that after a storm there is a rainbow- it's a legitimate article that makes you realize, that you may have a shit day, but someone else has had one too.

It's true though that after the storm, there will be a rainbow. You will only see the rainbow if you want to see it, if you stay in a state of mind that is negative, you'll see nothing but rain.

You are allowed to have a bad day, we all are. But that's all it is, a bad day. Not a bad life.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. No one ever once said how the lemonade was going to taste. Some people get good sweet lemons, and others are left with sour lemons. The lemonade might really suck, but it's all about what you do with your lemons.

You can't live your life being in the dark, you are justified to have your time to feel that way. However, at some point, you have to start living.

Acknowledge that you had a bad day. Text your person whoever that may be, and tell them. Post a rant about it. Go outside and scream. Let the world know that, today was a shitty day.

Just don't let the fact that you had one bad day control your life. A bad day does not mean a bad life.

Wake up the next day, and find the sunshine in life. Take your sour lemons and make lemonade, and once it's made go out and buy some Splenda. Make today a good day.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
