There is so much of what I have today that I owe to my sorority, Delta Zeta. Countless opportunities, memories and sisters that I would not have if it were not for the Delta Zeta sorority. It is hard to put into words how grateful I am to be a part of this organization, so I will try to express my gratitude with this article.
I owe my Big to Delta Zeta. I would not have my hilarious, beautiful, hardworking and loving Big if it were not for this sorority. She was my first true sister in Delta Zeta, and I honestly do not know what I would do if I didn't have her in my life. I love you, Big and thank you.
I owe my Twin to Delta Zeta. One of the best surprises of my time as a new member was receiving my twin. She is my sassy, gorgeous and wonderful twin, and I would not have had as many laughs in my life if it was not for her. I love you, Twin and thank you.
I owe my family to Delta Zeta. My spring break group, my roommates (past and present), and my family in Delta Zeta are a constant reminder of the choice to join Delta Zeta that I will never regret. I love you all and thank you.
I owe my Little to Delta Zeta. She is such a determined, spirited, flawless and amazing young woman that I am so proud to call my Little. I only want the best for her, and I would do whatever it takes to make sure she is happy (so do not even try to hurt her). I love you, Little and thank you.
I owe six founders to Delta Zeta. In 1902, six women joined together to form an unbreakable sisterhood that has grown to the wonderful organization it is after 113 years. I love you, Alfa Lloyd, Mary Collins, Anna Keen, Julia Bishop, Mabelle Minton and Anne Simmons and thank you.
I owe an amazing sisterhood to Delta Zeta. I have a network of over 254,700 sisters that I share a history, ritual and bond with no matter where I am in the world. I love you all and thank you.
I owe myself to Delta Zeta. I owe myself to Delta Zeta heart, mind and soul because I would not be the woman I am today without it. I have grown so much in the short time that I have been a sister of Delta Zeta. I have attended the Norma Minch Andrisek Leadership Conference. I have served on the Executive Board of my chapter for a year. I have been given the opportunity to be a strong woman in this organization and that has changed who am I for the better. For the rest of my life, I owe my whole self to Delta Zeta for what it has done for me, and I hope to be able to give back to her my best self.
I LOVE YOU, DELTA ZETA AND THANK YOU.
