In Memphis, Tennessee there is an amazing children's hospital. It is a one-of-a-kind facility that has much to offer to those that seek their medical care and services. The parents and families care is the top priority, and the staff helps in every way they possibly can. The hospital has grown tremendously since its doors opened 1952, and it continues to do so. The hospital that has become so well-known and great is Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.

The hospital has expert physicians and staff, state of the art technologies, and resources for families. There are over 700 medical staff members and 40 clinical specialties. Four of the biggest specialties are the heart institute, orthopedics, the neuroscience institute, and the fetal center. The Neuroscience Institute is globally known for the expert care that is received by children with brain tumors and epilepsy. Also, the four clinical specialties have received recognition as being the best in children's hospitals nationally throughout the past five years.

At Le Bonheur, everything is designed for the children's stay and treatment. Also, the associates are trained to understand the needs for child and adolescent patients. The child admitted into Le Bonheur will have a full support team. The team will consist of four different types of nurses and a physician team. A medical response team will also be available for when a parent has concerns for their child or feels like they are not getting enough medical attention.

Le Bonheur's services do not stop at healthcare. The hospital offers resources for families and visitors that most hospitals do not. They include creative arts center, a chapel, family rooms, interpreter services, school, and too many more to name. Also, for families whose children are receiving long-term treatment, they can stay in the FedEx Family House. This is a housing building with over 20 suites that will house the family until the end of the child's treatment.

Le Bonheur has a high reputation concerning healthcare and medical services. Since Le Bonheur has been open to the public, the hospital has received several awards for its services and has been recognized by credible sources and organizations. Le Bonheur has been shown by US World News and the World Report to be the best children's hospital regarding several clinical specialties. In the years of 2014 and 2015, Le Bonheur received the awards of Best Children's Hospital regarding Cardiology, Neontology, Nephrology, Orthopedics, urology and neurology. US News Health Ranking Editor, Avery Comarow, says, "We know how important it is to parents to have confidence in pediatric centers that show dedication and expertise in caring for a child facing life-threatening, rare, or demanding illness."

Le Bonheur is also magnet recognized. This means that they have been recognized by the American Nursing Credentials Center for excellence in nursing. This is an ultimate credential for high-quality patient care. Another award Le Bonheur has received is the highest possible three-star rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons. This means that Le Bonheur's heart institute is one out of 10 in the national program.

Le Bonheur has been successful thus far, and while they continue and better their services, they will continue to be successful and recognized as they are now.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
