It’s always a great day to be a Clemson Tiger.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan isn’t dependent on how long you’ve been a fan or if you can attend every game. Whether you’ve been a life-long fan or if you’re new to the fandom, one thing can be said for certain: we love our Clemson Tigers.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means being a part of something bigger than just college football.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means that no matter win or lose, we show up and cheer on our team. And at no point, should we ever boo our Tigers. Hell, we might not agree with the calls that are being made or what’s happening on the field, but booing is unacceptable. Sure, we can boo refs and bad calls, but never our own team. It’s embarrassing. It doesn’t look good for Clemson and for visiting fans. Clemson Family doesn’t stop being family because of some bad plays.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means meeting at the paw after every home game. Of course winning makes the celebration at the paw even better, but even after a tough loss, we all come together to support the team.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means waking up Saturdays in the fall, throwing on orange and purple, and getting ready to watch some Tiger football. Wind, rain, extreme heat, nothing can stop Death Valley from being packed at game time. Sticking through the roughest weather from kick-off to meeting at the paw might be tough, but if the players have to do it, we can do it.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means watching the most exciting 25 seconds in college football for every home game. Nothing compares to being in Death Valley with 80,000 fellow Clemson Tiger fans hearing the canon go off and watching the boys run down the hill.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means you bleed orange. Your entire wardrobe is dominated with orange and some purple and white.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means celebrating Solid Orange Friday every single Friday. You wake up and throw on your orange.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means that you love Dabo, the team, and President Clements like your own personal family.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means you know at least 3 things by heart: Tiger Rag, Cadence Count, and the Alma Mater.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan mean being All In for the team and all things Clemson Football.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means knowing that miracles can happen in the 4th quarter.

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means nothing is more sacred than Howard's Rock (and our collection in our trophy room).

Being a Clemson Tiger fan means knowing that our team won the 2016 National Championship and they’ll do it again one day!

Nothing compares to being a Clemson Tiger fan. It’s always a great day to be a Clemson Tiger.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
