There are so many things to love about you; your beautiful campus, your pride and your way of making anyone feel at home are just a few things that make us proud to be Mountaineers. It's so easy to fall in love with a University like you.
Thank you for your beauty. Campus is beautiful during every time of the year. Nothing is better than walking to class with the view of Woodburn in front of you or being surrounded by the colorful trees during the fall. Even when it's cold, the beauty of the snow around campus reminds us of why we chose you as our school.
Thank you for the people you bring to Morgantown. The kindness and generosity that spreads around campus is better than anywhere else. People here care about your success and the friends you make here can last a lifetime.
Thank you for Mountaineer game days. There is nothing better than game day in Morgantown. Game days at WVU bring Morgantown alive. There is nothing better than tailgating with all of the WVU community and rallying behind our team at kick off or cheering on WVU basketball with a full Coliseum of fans. We have the greatest traditions and nothing beats singing Country Roads after a win with your fellow students, alumni and fans from all over.
The amount of pride that comes from you is stronger than anywhere else. Mountaineers are so proud of that blue and gold. The state of West Virginia stands behind you and that is what makes us so unified. There is something so special about that and it can't be found anywhere else.
Thank you for the fun. Mountaineers definitely know how to work hard, but we know how to have a good time too. Thank you for the crazy nights, the day parties and all the memories that are made because of you. You bring us all together and make every student's college experience the best it could possibly be.
Thank you for becoming a home for every student that steps foot on your campus. There is something about you that could make anyone fall in love. The sense of community and pride that surrounds you is what makes us all pick you over any other place.
You are a major University, but make your students feel like we are at a small college. In a University of 30,000, you make each one of us feel like we have a place here.
