It's almost as if this horrific nightmare of the Gilmore Girls being off the air was just that: a nightmare. Because on November 25, 2016, Netflix will become our Fairy Godmother and grant us the arrival of the four-part series known as Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life. For those of you who have been living under a rock and don't know how to appreciate the good things in life, let me break this down for you: THIS. IS. A. BIG. DEAL.

If you've never watched the show, then let me give you all of the juicy gossip...not to worry, this is not a spoiler alert!

Gilmore Girls is a sitcom that was on air from 2000-2007, and it revolves around the lives of Lorelai and Rory Gilmore, while they learn how to grow up as mother and daughter through all of the trials and tribulations of life. At sixteen, Lorelai became pregnant with Rory and made the decision to raise her as a teenage mom; so in actuality, Lorelai and Rory truly did grow up together.

Through their endless banter and quick wit, this show is one for the ages. It deals with first loves, first loss and those continuous love triangles that everybody can't get enough of! Whether it's Lorelai choosing between Mr. Medina, Luke or Rory's biological father, Christopher. Or whether it's Rory deciding to be with Dean, Jess or Logan...their decisions and constant shenanigans to make up their minds will keep you on the edge of your seat.

For most audience members, we grew up with these characters. When the Gilmore girls cried, we cried...when they laughed, we laughed...and when they made the most out of everything life through at them, we cheered them on. It truly felt as if each viewer was a part of the Stars Hallow community (the small town in Connecticut where the characters reside in the show).

Lauren Graham, actress who portrays Lorelai Gilmore, gave some insight into what it felt like to come back home to Stars Hallow. She said, "It was easy [and] exhilarating...It brought me back to the first time I played this part, and I couldn't believe I got to do it again" (indiewire.com).

The fans of this show are so dedicated, that a few weeks ago a few coffee shops around New York City and other areas participated in a pop up Luke's Diner (how appropriate since Lorelai and Rory are coffee fanatics?!). For those of you who aren't addicted to the show, Luke's Diner is THE hangout in Stars Hallow, owned by one of Lorelai's many off again on again boyfriends, Luke Danes. These coffee shops transformed themselves by having the iconic Luke Diner's coffee sleeves, merchandise, etc. It felt like coming home again to many supporters and binge-watchers of the show.

So mark your calendars boys and girls because the Netflix four-part series revival of Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life is an event that you DO NOT want to miss!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
