It seems as if some people don’t understand the pain and sorrow we go through during our menstrual cycle. If they do have any idea, their thoughts could be vague, so I have clarified and elaborated on some crucial facts.
Cramps of all kinds arouse in your stomach. The worst one’s are when the cramps seep through the ovaries and into your lower back. End result is you crawled up into a ball and crying wishing you had a penis.
Everything becomes 10x greasier. Your hair for instance….even after you wash it, it’s almost like oil has been poured on top of your head. Your face also glares grease. Neutrogena oil wipes might just save you, if you use them every other 10 minutes.
Things you usually don’t care about automatically become the most annoying things on the planet. The worst part is you can’t resist complaining about every single one of them.
Abnormally large pimples, otherwise known as “face mountains” are so big, that it seems as if they are a build up of all things that have pissed you off. The worst part about them is they are unable to be popped. There’s no head, it’s just an aggravated zit causing you to have a headache.
Believe it or not, getting nauseous actually happens, and it’s so awful that if you yelled, “Channing Tatum is at the door!” You’d go right back to sleep or throw something at him because he woke you up.
Two words: Mood swings. You literally go from hating life, to loving life, to laughing at it all in a matter of 6 minutes. I’m not joking it has happened to me. You never know when we will throw a temper tantrum either. If you surprise us with chocolate and accidentally get snickers instead of Reece’s, it’s going down.
In conclusion to these unleashed secrets, boyfriends……you might want to stay away from us during our menstrual cycles…..or at least become our servant for about a week. A servant that loves to cuddle.
