Audience Member (AM) - "We have a problem in this country, it's called Muslims.”
Between September 11th, 2001 and the end of 2014, Muslim-American terrorist attacks were responsible for 50 fatalities.[1] To put this in perspective, in 2014 alone, there were 426 fatalities in Chicago.[2] There is not a Muslim problem in America; Islam is a religion – not a terror group. In fact, Radical Islamic terror groups probably most closely resemble an American Christian terror group… the KKK.
AM - “We know our current president is one, you know, he's not even an American."

Donald Trump - “We need this question,"
Do we? Do we really need this question…
AM – “But anyway, we have training camps brewing where they want to kill us. That's my question, when can we get rid of it?"
Oh. Okay? Where are these training camps/is this belief based in fact? Well maybe Trump will correct him…
Trump - "We're going to be looking into a lot of different things. A lot of people are saying that. And a lot of people are saying that bad things are happening out there. We're going to be looking into that and plenty of other things.”
Oh, that’s good don’t correct him on any of that. Sure there’s not a Muslim problem in American, Islam is no more dangerous than Christianity – people have killed and oppressed for both. But sure, don’t correct that. And of course, Obama is a Christian born in Hawaii, and he’s proved it, but again why correct that? No, the best idea is probably just to assure your ignorant potential voter that you’ll look into this problem of Muslims existing, and you’ll see if you can rectify it.

Even fellow Republicans Chris Christie, John Kasich, and Lindsey Graham have chastised Trump for this one…
