Whenever Trump was elected to be our next President of the United States, there were so many angry/negative posts, pictures, and tweets everywhere. I thought "Well I know that some people will be upset for a while, but these posts will eventually stop." SURPRISE TO ME! They didn't. Even know, months after the election people are still complaining about Trump being our next president. People who support Trump are still attacking people who don't support Trump.
So here's the thing, you are allowed to be upset and you are allowed to be super excited, after all it is a free country. However, complaining, saying the election was "rigged", consistently posting negative things, and starting fights with people who voted for Hillary is not going to change anything or make you feel better. So many individuals are talking about "uniting the people of the United States". This is such a great idea, however by posting rude comments and stating that "Trump is not my President", people are doing the opposite. You want to unite the people of America? Then it's time to accept the fact that Trump will be our next President. It's time to just have some faith that he will do what is best for the American people. Imagine how it would be if everyone put their views aside (whether you voted for Trump or Hillary) and just said "Okay, the American people have made their choice, and now it's time for us to live with it and try to make the best out of these next four years."
What will your choice be? Will you continue to feed into this negativity and divide our country even more? I certainly hope not because I am very annoyed with the constant twitter fights and mean posts, coming from both sides. Just like my mom always told me "If you don't have anything nice to say, the don't say anything at all."
