The leading force of the destruction of our biosphere and the stagnation/deterioration of the civilizations of the world are occurring directly, though not solely exclusive, as a result of American Hegemonic ambitious. The desire for full spectrum dominance of air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace as a means of ensuring United States unilateralism and global unipolar hegemony is pushing the United States closer to wars with other world powers, and wars with itself. After the fall of the Soviet Union, this plan of hegemony was designed as the Neoconservative, "Project for a New American Century". Under the Obama Administration, it evolved into the "Asian Pivot" with the "Pacific Century". The drive for hegemony has altered the foreign and domestic institutions and systems to the point that it fundamentally changed the operations of the United States as a national entity. What is known as the "Deep State" has formed separate of our public institutions and social order; perpetuating the desires of hegemony outside of the sphere of public oversight and interest. This hegemonic mentality is best summarized as "American exceptionalism". This idea is a delusion of grandeur that blinds oneself to acknowledges flaws and mistakes; leading to incompetent, corrupt, and inefficient leadership. People today are being radicalized against those in power because of incompetency, inefficiency, and corruption within the power systems. The institutions and hierarchies that form our civilization and society are breaking down and functioning antithetical to survival and civilization/biological evolution. All of the systems are creations of the human mind; they are the results of individual's self transcended thoughts. The world we are living in is a creation of the ideas and beliefs we as a collective and as individuals hold on to. The resulting effects are ones generated by conscious, subconscious and even unconscious efforts, which is culminating in the mess that we are in today.

A solution to this schizophrenic dilemma, is to have a massive public tribunal; modeled off of the style seen at the Nuremberg and Tokyo Trials following the Second World War. One that can be orchestrated and directed from local, regional, national, and international perspectives. While emphasis on the investigation and prosecution will lie in similar thought processes of questioning "just following orders" as a legitimate acceptable justification. There should also be thorough investigation and questioning that puts "just following my beliefs" to the test. A Nuremberg style trial of all the institutions and hierarchies associated with foreign and domestic responsibilities and operations need to be categorized and cataloged. Allowing for both foreign and domestic accountability and responsibility for the actions of American hegemony. Along with all the actions and the results of what these ideas and beliefs created and are perpetuated, we would be able to reboot all of our institutions using the Nuremberg style trial method as a model of investigation and prosecution into institutions, thoroughly investigating and documenting all the levels of the institutions. This would allow us to be able to reconcile the differences between our public social order and the institutions as a part of the Deep State.

Additionally we would be able to oversee the transferring of classified, covert, and black operations into public hands and oversight, including the hundreds of millions of classified documents currently classified by the United States, as well as the transferring to public archival oversight of the data mining databases of Deep State intelligence agencies. Whether it is economic institutions like banks and corporations, religious groups like churches and tax-exempt religious orders, governing bodies from state, local, federal branches, military organizations, intelligence agencies, contractors, universities and schools districts, etc. All the institutions of the nation would have to be analyzed. A time-consuming, but by no means impossible, task.

The trial provides an opportunity for the human element to completely disassociate itself from the greater collective idea that is the institution and hierarchy. Such a trial would be a wiser alternative as a means to reject the idea of war, civil war, or any violent form of revolution in a desire for changes in our social orders. We would be able to record and document all of the knowledge that we learn from such an extensive investigation. We would be able to gain the full context and understanding of the institutions and organizations themselves. While also being able to gain detailed perspectives of the individuals involved; and properly archive historically their influence upon our civilization.

We would be able to pass on a vast amounts of information to the next generation; if a trial of this magnitude is achieved. All of our mistakes and regrets, errors and achievements, the best and worst of our civilization; passed on to the future to learn and use. Added to this, a rebooting, re-organizing, and restructuring of the nation's institutions; and a new bond between its peoples and institutions. Choosing conscious self evaluation, accountability and responsibility, and an honorable means to pass the torch of civilization to the next generations. Choosing non-hegemonic collectivism to strengthen individual freedom; rather than parasitical competition, delusional hegemony, catastrophic war, and self destruction. It is hard to imagine a greater gift to the future generations.
