10. Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V

Barnacle Boy goes to the dark side (of the Krusty Krab). SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy and Squidward team up with Mermaid man to defeat Barnacle "Man," Man-ray and the Dirty Bubble. This episode makes the top ten because of the clever acronym EVIL (Every Villain Is Lemons). Other highlights include the team of heroes ordering pizza in their headquarters and the final showdown at Make-Out Reef.

9. Shanghaied

SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward become prisoners aboard the Flying Dutchman's ship. SpongeBoband Patrick try to help the Flying Dutchman scare people. This episode features Patrick's infamous howl, SpongeBob destroying the Dutchman's ship and a trip through the Perfume Department. This episode has always been one of my favorites. The climactic three wishes at the end of the episode never fails to make me laugh.

8. Arrgh!

Mr. Krabs becomes a little carried away with SpongeBob and Patrick's game, which is based on a real treasure map. Patrick gets them lost by failing to read a compass. The Flying Dutchman gives SpongeBob and Patrick "two gold doubloons" and Mr. Krabs a "plastic" treasure chest.

7. Graveyard Shift

Mr. Krabs keeps the Krusty Krab open 24/7. SpongeBob burns his hand "at night." Patrick sets his alarm to enjoy a Krabby Patty at 3 a.m. Squidward tries to scare SpongeBob by telling the story of the Hash Slinging Slasher. The warning signs of the Slasher begin happening, which freaks out Squidward and SpongeBob. When the Slasher arrives, he turns out to be a prospective frying cook. One of my favorite parts of this episode is one of the paranormal activities that occurs. Before the Slasher comes, the walls ooze green slime, then Squidward realizes that they always do that ...

6. Rock Bottom

After a trip to Glove World, Patrick doesn't notice that leaving Bikini Bottom means that they have taken the wrong bus. SpongeBob encounters people with strange accents (they spit in between words). He also has trouble catching the bus while at a vending machine. Just as SpongeBob finds his way home, Patrick goes to rescue him. The elusive bus scene is one of the main reasons this episode makes the list. SpongeBob misses so many buses while attempting to eat a Kelp Nougat Krunch.

5. The Camping Episode

Squidward decides to join SpongeBob and Patrick while they are camping. SpongeBob and Patrick show Squidward the catchy "Campfire Song Song." Squidward is mauled by a Sea-Bear and then later a Sea-Rhino, both of which are talked about in Fake Science Monthly. This episode makes the list primarily because of the "Campfire Song Song." Other highlights are the mauling of Squidward and the things that attract a Sea-Bear.

4. Wet Painters

Mr. Krabs tasks SpongeBob and Patrick to paint his house with permanent paint. If they get any paint on Mr. Krabs knickknacks he will have their butts. Things start to go wrong when a paint bubble is created and Patrick tries to prove to SpongeBob that the situation can get much worse. After the giant bubble pops, they notice a mark on Mr. Krabs' first dollar. Their efforts, which include drawing on it with crayon, fail, but it turns out the paint comes of with saliva.

3. The Krusty Krab Training Video

The official training video for the Krusty Krab. It may sound like a lot of "hoopla," but it is important to remember POOP (People Order Our Patties). Potential employees must also remember that no one wants to be a Squidward. This episode is high up on the top ten, because it is unlike any other episode. The training video format makes the episode unique as well as informative.

2. Chocolate With Nuts

SpongeBob and Patrick try to sell candy bars in order to be fancy. They are thwarted by a crazy customer as well as a mischievous business man. We also learn that getting naked is a tactic for selling real estate. The crazy customer buys all of the chocolate and SpongeBob and Patrick buy a whole restaurant for their elderly dates. This ruins Squidward's one night to be fancy.

1. Band Geeks

Squidward must show up his arch nemesis Squilliam by performing in the Bubble Bowl. Squidward is initially discouraged by his unorganized marching band, but they are able to turn it around and perform a heart-stopping show (Squilliam is carted off to the hospital). We also learn that mayonnaise and horseradish are not instruments. This episode showed us what it meant to truly "be in a marching band."

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
