As both a Halloween and dog lover, it’s only natural that I dress up my Golden Retriever and Chihuahua-Poodle mix for Halloween — especially when my Chi-Poo’s birthday falls 2 days before (Happy birthday, Daisy!). I know I'm not the only one who can't resist the funny, witty, and adorable pet costumes on display while I do my own costume hunting. So here’s a list of the top ten best Halloween costumes for our beloved fur babies.

1. Don't want the rest of your lunch? No worries, Captain America to the rescue!

2. Cupcake Cutie. I've never seen a dog happier to be a treat than eat one.3. Martini Dog. Shaken, not stirred.

4. This is Daisy. Daisy likes hot dogs.

5. Tiger Retriever. A classic.

6. Italian pup. You are what you eat.

7. If you own a Chihuahua, you know that sometimes a costume isn't necessary.

8. This Spooky Shepherd is all kinds of adorable.

9. Canine Kissing Booth. Take all of my money.

10. Squad goals.
