Top Ten Binge-Worthy Shows On Netflix

One of the worst feelings ever is to finish a series on Netflix and not have anything else to watch. I myself have experienced this feeling of loss, staring at a blank screen with nothing to fill the void of my favorite series that just ended. But never fear, my friend. I have put together a list of shows that are completely binge-worthy and can fill your show-hole in a jiffy.

1. "Lost"

This is one of the most unpredictable, insane shows I have ever seen. There are six seasons total, and each and every one of them are worth watching more than once. In fact, you may find yourself wanting to watch the episodes more than once to catch everything that's happening.

2. "American Horror Story"

This one makes you think. Another unpredictable show that has a surprise around every corner. Each season is different and unique, and they're still coming, which makes it even more worth your while. Four seasons and counting!

3. "The 100"

While there are only two seasons of "The 100" on Netflix, it seems like an eternity passes. The idea that the show is based around is very impactful, and nearly the entire show is shown through the experiences of teenagers, which is a unique view to show this situation in.

4. "Pretty Little Liars"

"PLL" is a thrilling, angsty show with five seasons on Netflix, and there are more episodes to come. Like the last few, there is a ton of unpredictable turns, and throw relationship drama in there.

5. "Cupcake Wars"

If you're a sucker for any Food Network or cooking show, this is for you. Warning: your mouth will be watering by the end, but this baking competition is extremely entertaining.

6. "Cutthroat Kitchen"

Let me just start by saying that Alton Brown is outstanding in every show that he does, and this show is no different. This is extremely worth watching. This is so competitive that I can never stop watching

7. "Fuller House"

What can I even say? This is a classic, except even better. Revisit your childhood and your best friends Stephanie, DJ, and Uncle Jesse by watching this new Netflix Original.

8. "Supernatural"

This show comes with the perfect mix of romance, bromance, humor, angst, and action. No matter what you're into, you can find some aspect of this show to relate to. Plus, there are 10 seasons, and that'll last you a while.

9. "NCIS"

The characters in this hit are so relatable and lovable, and there's a surprise around every corner. It's one of the best crime shows out. You can go hang out with Gibbs and the crew for 12 seasons.

10. "Brain Games"

Last but absolutely not least comes the Nat Geo hit "Brain Games." It's meant to mess with your mind and really challenges you. If you want to have a good time while watching something, give this one a try.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
