With summer in full swing there are so many ways to pass the time, but to me, there is nothing more enjoyable and exhilarating than going to concerts and experiencing the energy that comes with seeing a live band.

With that in mind here are my must see concerts for the rest of the summer.

1. Foo Fighters

Led by Dave Grohl, the Foo Fighters aim to revive classic rock 'n' roll in stadiums all over the world. Their Sonic Highways tour continues to blow away the expectations of fans as Grohl delves into the entire Foo Fighters catalog in order to create a memorable experience for fans.

2. Ed Sheeran

Fresh off the release of "X," Ed Sheeran is on a mission to cement his status as one of the best rising talents in the music industry. Even though he is trading the smaller venues in exchange for stadiums on his tour, Ed Sheeran still establishes a strong connection with his audience with nothing more than an acoustic guitar.

3. Taylor Swift

Currently riding the success of her latest album, "1989," which saw a complete sound and image transition from her previous efforts into a full-fledged pop icon, Taylor Swift’s current tour is a must-see. Promising to match the studio sound found on her latest album in a live setting, Taylor Swift has yet to disappoint according to critics.

4. U2

What else can be said about U2? The band that manages to stay relevant with each decade and continues to innovate their live performances with each tour, and their latest is no exception.

5. Imagine Dragons

Over the past few years, Imagine Dragons have become a sensation with their debut "Night Visions" and their recent release "Smoke + Mirrors." With an ensemble that is sure to deliver a wall of sound and improved stage theatrics, Imagine Dragons have become a must-see concert experience.
