These movies may have been forgotten, but once you see their titles, memories will flood back of viewing parties with your BFFs and your elementary/middle school years. I can remember counting down the days until the premiere of these DCOMs and staying up past my bedtime to catch the end. Right when this came onto your screen you knew your night was about to get better:
1. "The Ultimate Christmas Present"
Who knew London Tipton from "Suite Life" was in a Christmas movie?
2. "Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century"
One of the best of them all. Enough said.
3. "The Luck of the Irish"
The basketball player who started turning into a leprechaun. How could you forget?
4. "Halloweentown"
This was the best Halloween movie of all time. Disney Channel still plays it today and I look forward to it every year.
5. "The Thirteenth Year"
The one movie involving a merMan. I honestly believed that when I turned 13, I would start to transform into a mermaid. Maybe this is where my mermaid obsession started.
6. "Smart House"
One of my personal favorites. I wanted to live in that house so bad.
7. "Cadet Kelly"
Lizzie McGuire and Kim Possible all in one.
8. "Eddie's Million Dollar Cook-Off"
Some of you might not remember this one, but I sure do. Baseball player who was afraid to admit he was good at cooking enters a cooking competition that lands on the same day as his championship game. Bobby Flay even makes an appearance.
9. "Even Stevens Movie"
The best TV show turned into a movie and it was the best day of your life.
10. "Cheetah Girls"
"Cause we are sistas, we stand together. We make up one big family though we don't look the same." That song was my anthem.
11. "Pixel Perfect"
The soundtrack to this movie was blasted through my purple CD player.
12. "Stuck in the Suburbs"
Every girl's dream of what would happen if they met their famous crush.
13. "Now You See It..."
The movie about the kid who did magic tricks who turned out to have real powers. Then his mentor tries to kill him, but the kid, Danny, makes him disappear forever. It was the most suspenseful movie of my early life.
14. "Life is Ruff"
The dog was the best part of the movie.
15. "Twitches"
The movie that made everyone wish they had some long-lost twin sister who you would randomly meet and then discover that you both had magical powers.
16. "Cow Belles"
Who knew "The Potential Breakup Song" singers were actresses too?
17. "High School Musical"
The moment Zac Efron stole all our hearts.
18. "Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior"
The struggle between running for homecoming queen and training to be a warrior. Just your everyday scenario.
19." Read it and Weep"
Who knew your diary could turn into a best-selling novel?
20. "Jump In!"
After watching this movie, I was determined to learn how to double-dutch.
