I sit there, cookie in one hand and phone in the other, scrolling through Instagram. I only slightly cry a lot when I move past photos of gorgeous people spending their lives ocean-side in Aruba. Yet, I realize that it’s about time for me to get off my butt, wipe my mouth and get back into the swing of exercise and balanced meals…
Anybody else freaking out about their not-so-bikini-ready bod? Whether you’re taking a trip to Cancun, the local pool, or just want to stay on track towards a healthy lifestyle, these seven women will motivate you to stay fit and healthy.

Kerri Verna is beach yoga girl, delivering yoga on the beach straight to your phone. She often uploads videos of her practice, along with beautiful and jealously-arousing photos of Eleuthera Island beaches. She also hosts challenges such as #MonthOfMeditation and #HeadStandMadness2016 to keep you on your toes…or off of them.
Kinoyoga might be the most bendy yoga girl I’ve ever seen on Instagram. Her amazing flexibility skills have literally made me say, “Wow.” Oh, and she also does yoga on the beach quite often.
My personal all-time favorite yoga girl, I introduce you (if you haven’t met her already) to Rachel Brathen. She, again, features photos and videos of her practice on the beaches on Aruba. The best part, however, is usually her messages that come with each photo. She gives personal thoughts and short anecdotes that make you feel as if you really know her.
Melissamade is one of the best woman to follow if you're working towards a strong core. She offers samples of her workouts and insights into what it's like to live an exercise-centered lifestyle. You might not be ever short on motivation if you follow her.
NatalieJillFit is another woman who loves core exercises. The interesting thing about Natalie is that she often uploads helpful exercises you can try with her, such as "On The Floor: Core for 4" that will get you working in just 30 seconds.
Kayla Itsines is a popular Australian fitness guru. She constantly uploads before and after pictures of women who have allegedly used her workout and meal planning e-books. Regardless, she posts great examples of real-life women who have worked hard towards finding a healthier lifestyle.
Bridonkeyy, or Bri Donis, is a unique kind of motivation.Having fallen ill to cancer and spending most of her time in a hospital, Bridonkeyy still finds a way to practice yoga. She often will go around the doctor's orders to stay in bed because of her love of yoga. She shows that there's really few excuses not to exercise.Time to put my Snickerdoodle down. See you guys later, I’m going to go work out.
