Top 5 Reasons The Denver Broncos Are The Best Team In The NFL

Last year the Denver Broncos held the title of Superbowl Champions of the 2016 season. Currently they are 2-0 in the regular season. Below are 5 reasons why I believe they are the best team in the National Football League.


1. Miles the Mascot

Miles appears at every home game for the Denver Broncos. He also spends his outside time in the community talking about the Broncos "Read like a Pro". This reading foundation promotes reading to children of all ages to help with literacy.

2. Sports Authority Field at Mile High

Previously known as Mile High Stadium, this arena can hold up too 76,125 people! This stadium has been open since August 11th, 2001.

3. Ranked Third Best Defense of All Time in 2015

On average the Broncos only let their opponents score 14.6 points per game. Some of the defensive line consisted of Von Miller, DeMarcus Ware, Aqib Talib, Chris Harris and Bradley Roby.

4. Defensive linebacker Von Miller won Most Valuable Player

Von Miller was awarded with the Most Valuable player after tackling Quarterback Cam Newton. During one of these hits, Miller recovered the ball in the end zone and scored a touchdown.


5. Superbowl Champions of 1998, 1999 and 2016


The Denver Broncos won the Superbowl back to back in 1998 and 1999 and won this year! Peyton Manning won his last game playing for the NFL and retired after this game.


These are just some of the many reasons why I love the Denver Broncos. They have so much in store for them this season with the new quarterback Trevor Siemian. Hopefully they will pull another win in the AFC and win the superbowl once again in 2017!
