Are you looking for vegan options at Cornell for lunch? Here are some hidden vegan options at some of the most popular cafes on campus. Manndibles, Synapsis, Trillium, Terrace, and Big Red Barn all have special items you can order or pre-made options in the grab-and-go section. Enjoy!
Manndibles
Located within Mann library, this cafe is known for their healthy, local food options and would not be complete without a full coffee bar. They also have a wide selection of smoothies and a new vegan cream cheese flavor every day.
Synapsis
This cafe may not seem vegan with a menu full of grilled cheeses, pizzas, and breakfast burritos, but they can make almost anything vegan if you request it. They also have a smoothie bar, where you can customize your drink.
Trillium
Terrace, within the Hotel School, is known for their salads, where the line is always out the door. They also have a burrito bar, a quesadilla station, and much, much more.

Located on the corner of the agriculture quad, this eatery is full of different cuisines and some pre-made options as well. Also, Bus Stop Bagels is attached, so if you cannot find anything you are in the mood for in Trillium, there are always bagels with vegan cream cheese!
Big Red Barn
This is the graduate student hub. They have many mediterranean options, as well pizza, all of which can be made vegan.
