1. Grey's Anatomy
You cannot stop watching! The cliff hangers make you need to click on next episode. The variety of characters can appeal to all people.
Warning: you will want to become a surgeon after this show.
2. Gossip Girl
Hello Netflix watchers, this just in.. If you are a girl, watch this. If you want to imagine the glamorous lives of upper east siders, watch this. This show puts so much thought into every outfit and party, that I get excited just to see what the next episode entails. Meanwhile, there's an underlying plot as to who is gossip girl, which allows watchers to form guesses with evidence.
3. Orange is the New Black
It makes you appreciate freedom. It's interesting to see a lifestyle that has the reputation of being miserable, but in the show isn't too bad. I like that it's a true story too.
4. Friends
The 20 minute episodes give you the ability to watch a season within hours. For those transitioning into adulthood, this relatable sitcom allows you to laugh after the upcoming struggles of life.
5. One Tree Hill
The best basketball drama I've seen to date. This drama will make you cry as you see the characters grow and change from silly high school jocks to wild and responsible parents. In all of the seasons, the producers do an amazing job of never repeating scandals but continuing a solid storyline.
6. Friday Night Lights
The best football drama ever. This series dives into every kid's idea of high school sports. The show is set in Texas and from episode one remains focused on the big deal that Texas football is, while inviting you into the lives of several characters that you may not relate to, but you easily obsess over.
7. House
I love how they allow you to understand the science of diagnostics work. The captivating life of the blunt, candid man named House makes an episode fly by in minutes. In my opinion, this show is better than Grey's due to its balance of work and personal life of a sole main character.
8. Office
It's hilarious! Season 1 is a little dull, but by season 2 you will be invested in the whole office of characters. It can make you laugh for hours, and keep you interested in the love life of Jim and Pam.
9. Walking Dead
The thrill of an impending future that watchers love to imagine. Although this show scares the life out of me, it keeps me begging to see if my favorite character can survive till the next season (so I watch it all).
10. Criminal Minds
For crime show lovers, this drama keeps you on the edge of your seat with dramatic action and thoughtful psychology. The binge comes from your interest in the characters, as it goes in depth into their personal and occupational lives.
