To the girl in need of a pick-me-up,

I want to start by saying: Go you. No one can do it for you, so in choosing to use your wings to search for bigger and better possibilities each day, you are only proving that everything is possible if you've got enough nerve. And girl, let me tell you, you sure as hell have enough of it.

You are the girl that needed a hero, so that's what you became. You are the girl that wanted to be a legend, so you said, "F*ck it" and became one. You are the girl that wants to be a little bit of everything, and that's okay.

Little girls with dreams become women with visions.

Listen to me when I tell you to speak up, even if your voice shakes. Your opinion is always valid and should never be seen as unworthy. Talk a little louder (who cares if you're not being a prim and proper lady), let the world hear your roar. Who knows, your voice could make one hell of a difference in someone's life.

Fall in love with being alive.

Pick flowers and read books. I hope you know that life is so much more than a Snapchat from a boy you won't remember in a couple of years.

And I'm sorry if a boy decided you weren't worth it. That's his loss, not yours. If he made you think you weren't worth it for even a second, forget him. If he invalidated you, forget him. If he left you for someone else, forget him. If he lied to you and hurt you, forget him.

You are not just another pretty face. Don't allow others to treat you like one.

You're a dreamer, a doer, a thinker, and you see possibilities everywhere. You are one hell of a powerhouse woman. You can do it. You are worth it. Take the chance.

The future belongs to those who see the possibilities before they become obvious.

And honey, nothing is more dangerous than a beautiful woman that is focused and unimpressed. Do not tame the wolf inside you just because you've met someone that lacks the courage to handle it.
