High school was tough, I know, but you killed it.
2016: your graduation year. The last year seeing the exact same people in the same place every single day. Days go by, months go by, and before you know it... its graduation day. You never thought you'd make it this far. It was only in grade 12 where you finally took control of yourself and your studies and something had somehow clicked in your mind that made you realize that your time here was almost over. From catching the football games, to participating in all the grad activities, it would all be over in the blink of an eye.
High school wasn't something you were the best at. Your main focus for the last 2 years there was rugby, and only rugby. This was a sport that allowed you to take out all your anger, negativity and stress out and made you feel so good about yourself. You weren't focusing about your math test or your 1000 word essay, you were focusing on what made you genuinely happy. You were finally focusing on yourself and what you were really good at.
During high school, you had many people who didn't believe in you. People who kept questioning whether you were going to graduate on time or even at all. This was when you had to prove them wrong. You were ready to take control of your studies and focus on your future. So, that's exactly what you did.
Fast forward 3 years later and here you are passing with a 94% average and a 3.95 GPA in college. Who would have ever thought that you'd make it this far with so much ease?
So, if you're reading this and you're looking for some motivation, this is it. I encourage you to work hard because in the end, your hard work always pays off, trust me.
