At the beginning of recruitment week, I had no idea what sorority I would end up in. I spent all week running around from band camp to recruitment, which was probably the most stressful week of my life. I am so glad that I found Delta Zeta and made it my new home. I now have a huge group of girls I get to call my sisters! However, more than anything, I was already super excited to meet the girl who would become my future big!
Dear Future Big,
Wow, I can’t believe I am this close to finally meeting you! It feels like I have been waiting what feels like a lifetime to finally learn who you will be!
I can’t wait to meet you! Ever since I joined Delta Zeta at the beginning of the school year, I have been super excited but also, slightly nervous to finally meet you. It has been a long two months of searching for the girl who will be my big sister for the rest of my college career and really my life, but I knew right after we met, we would be together!
I have been praying and thinking about you since I joined my sorority. I prayed that God would bring me someone who is positive and serious, but also fun and sarcastic like I am (lol) and I know I will find that in you. I will forever be thankful for the friendship we will always have and I can’t wait to make all these fun memories.
From experiencing game days together and having movie and Netflix dates when its just been a really long week, I can’t wait to do all of this with you. I will make sure to always support and trust you because I know you will do the same for me!
Although, of course I can’t wait for big little week when you sneak into my room and leave all of the gifts and clues, which by the way, I am so thankful for, I really just can’t wait until the whole week is over and I finally can run to you and officially be your little.
Lastly, thank you. Thank you for accepting me for who I am and loving me for just that! Thank you for already being someone I look up to. Thank you for being my mentor and an awesome big sister. Thank you for teaching me how to do my hair as perfect as you do (haha) and teaching me that there is no such thing as being “too busy.” I love you already and I can’t wait for the day I get to finally meet you!
Love your little and baby turtle!
