To my siblings...
From day one, I have had you by my side and not once have you left me behind. You have guided me, trained me, encouraged me and even laughed at me when I do something dumb. You have helped shape me into the person I am today and for that, I am forever grateful. From the bickering and fighting to the jokes and giggles, you are by far my favorite people. You made growing up my favorite adventure. Having you as my sibling just wasn't fair to all the other kids in the world because, well, their brothers and sisters couldn't even come close to you! Sure, there were times and still are where we get on each others' nerves but aside from that, I love you more than words could ever tell. Some of my favorite memories are just hanging out with you, whether it was when we were playing cops and robbers, singing ridiculous songs as if we were a band or doing things to get on mom's nerves because it was the funniest thing to do! Our childhood wasn't always easy, but you never failed to put a smile on my face. Even if that meant doing something embarrassing and ridiculous to get a smile out of me.
I always worried about what would happen when we grew up. I wondered if we would grow apart as we take on our own paths in life, but thankfully my fears were silenced. As the years go and come, I find myself relating to you more and looking up to you much more than I thought I ever would. Every day I still learn valuable life lessons from you. You teach me to never give up, to put my all in everything and that having fun really is important. Growing up is hard to do, as we all know, but having you as my siblings is the best guidance I could ever ask for. You excel in all that you do and you never give up on your goals. You are my greatest role models.
So, to my siblings... Thank you for being the greatest of friends I could ever ask for. Thank you for making me stronger from all of the bossing around you did and, most importantly, thank you for always being there for me. My life simply would not be the same without you. Each year that passes by, we get older and grow closer and I couldn't ask for anything better. I can only hope that it stays that way as we continue to grow our own families.
I love you.
