Being alone might be one of the worst feelings or the best feelings that you could have in your life. In life, you go through many challenges alone even if you would rather not. Life is a destiny that you start out alone and then you merge destinies with other people whom you would like to do life with. I think that that is amazing – you can find people who would like to link up with you and go through life together. Friends, boyfriends, and girlfriends come and go most of the time, but eventually you settle down with people who want the same things as you and would also love to uplift you in any of your battles.
Eventually, though, you’re going to have battles that you have to fight on your own and there are times when you wouldn’t want to but it is inevitable. Being alone makes you wonder about a lot of things and for some people it just makes you overthink. Being alone can be very hard if you are not comfortable with yourself. There is a strength in being alone that no one can see. Many people have their alone time after their day is full and over, and they lie in bed wondering about all the bad things that happen.
It’s normal – although I wish that it wasn’t. Being alone can help you to love you and understand who you are and to help you grow and be comfortable with the person that you are or the person that you are becoming. Most people are afraid to be alone because they know that they are not good company. They know that if they cannot stand to be alone with themselves, then how can other people stand to be alone with them? They don’t understand the specifics of themselves and they don’t understand why it’s important to know who you are.
I’m everywhere with this post, but my thoughts are just spilling out onto this document. The point that I’m trying to make is that being alone with yourself is okay. Be comfortable in who you are. Once you’re comfortable with who you are then it would be that much easier to just go on in your life and to meet new people who are also comfortable with their lives. Being alone might make you think twice about a lot of things that you did throughout the day and how you could have fixed it to make it better.
Being alone also makes your stance throughout life strong. Being alone will help you to love yourself and I know that seems crazy, but hear me out. Once we love ourselves, we are capable of doing a lot of thing that many people would find strange. Loving yourself is not always easy, but it helps. When you are alone, you can eat alone and go see movies alone and you are comfortable with doing that. If you love yourself, it wouldn’t really matter if no one else did.
Know yourself and love yourself and be comfortable with who you are, because it will make the life that you lead so much easier to go through.
