Okay so if you’re like me, you get hype AF over the Holiday Season. I have always been the biggest fan of December and Christmas, but for the past two years, I just haven’t been able to get into it. I don’t know why. I used to love waking up on the first of December and start getting “turnt” watching movies and decorating the house. Like I said, for the past two years I have just not really felt in and I was determined to “feel” it this year. WELL GUESS WHAT. DECEMBER IS HERE AND IT’S LIT. BRING ON THE CHRISTMAS MOVIES AND THE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. Okay but seriously. Christmas time is slowly approaching and finals are almost over! I wanted to write about everything awesome to look forward to this Christmas time. Well, first of all, our finals are almost over so keep pushing through. Study study study but just remember, even if you aren’t confident about your exams, after your last exam, we are DONE. And then we can focus on the stress of Christmas shopping. Sooo back to the meaning of this. One of my favorite things about December is all the wonderful Christmas movies. I know everyone is obsessed with ELF (and for good reasons) but my all-time favorite would hand down have to be Santa Clause is Coming to Town, the awesome claymation one with Heat Miser, Snow Miser, and of course good ol’ Ignacious. I grew up watching it and it is a family classic. Of course, It’s A Wonderful Life never really has competition. I also love Christmas shopping…kind of. I have this “problem” where I love spending money on my family to buy them gifts but always being too broke to do so…. Then I end up buying cool stuff for myself and end up sad. But it’s all part of the spirit, right? Of course, hands down nothing beats family time and putting up the tree. December is only here for a little while longer so may the rest of your month be merry, bright, and of course stress-free.
