Whether you're a dog person, cat person or any other kind of person; everyone can appreciate a little dog humor in their life. Dogs have a pretty luxurious life; they don't have to buy their own food, they can rub up against our legs and we'll pet them, and they can sleep all day when we aren't home. Not only do they do all of these things, but they also provide some endless humor for us. Here's eight times that dogs were indeed better than humans:
1. Have you ever seen an adult human this excited to take a bubble bath with rubber duckies?
Me neither. Small children appreciate rubber duckies (and Ernie from "Sesame Street," of course), but this is no puppy in the picture. This is a full grown dog who is as ecstatic as ever playing with his four rubber duckies.
2. Netflix and chill?
Nope, not today. Netflix and belly rubs all day to make this tail-wagger happy. Sure, sitting down to watch an episode or five on Netflix is relaxing, but this dog also requires a belly rub to make him happy.
3. He wore a hat and apron and no one questioned using his mouth as a third hand.
How many chefs can say that? This is one productive chef, but hopefully we will have something other than bones and table scraps for dinner tonight.
4. Let's be honest, this dog is putting more effort into an at home yoga video than we ever would (and he/she is killing it).
Breathe in, breathe out and feel the stretch...
5. "I'll carry the water mom and dad, I wouldn't want you to hurt your back." - From the helpful dog
This dog is small, but also mighty. Dogs are always willing to help carry things, but sometimes they just have troubles picking them up to carry them because, well, they walk on all four legs. Next time you need help carrying your groceries in, maybe look for some ribbon to strap on your dogs back.
6. Humans might have eaten it, but not this dog.
He was just watching out for his owner like the good dog citizen he is. Or maybe he was caught just in time before he was going to rip the box open and eat it all in two bites. I guess we'll never know, but let's assume he was just doing his dog duty (as in job, not the other kind..).
7. Happy Birthday!
Greedy? Sad? Unappreciative? Nope, all smiles and appreciation for this birthday dog. Mmm, maybe cake tastes better than food off the floor after all...
8. Hard-working dog
I've sure never seen a lumberjack who can chop wood and look so cute at the same time. Dogs in clothes are always sure to make any person crack a smile.
