9 p.m.
You and your friends are at the pregame trying to figure out where to spend your Friday night. “Let’s go to Rounders!” one friend shouts and everyone seems to be down for the boom boom room.
10:15 p.m.
You all leave for the bar in your best outfits.
10:30 p.m.
You finally make it to the strip and you walk up to a huge line that goes all the way down near Buffalo Phil’s. “Should we just go to Red Shed?” you start to think, but all of your friends convince you that the wait will be beyond worth it!
10:45 p.m.
Finally after waiting through the long line and paying your $10 or $20 cover you and your friends finally make it inside.
11:00 p.m.
The Boom Boom Room Opens. All of a sudden everyone stampedes into the boom boom room. Lights and lasers are going off like crazy and people are suddenly acting like they are in a Vegas club.
11:30 p.m.
The DJ starts playing music and you and your friends are dancing the night away. “Wait is that VIP up there?! I want to go!” You try to convince the bouncers that you know the people who are in the VIP section, but there is no way he will let you up there.
12 a.m.
“Okay it’s getting kind of hot with all of these people here, maybe we should go upstairs.” You walk up the stairs to go to the rooftop of Rounder’s and it is like a breath of fresh air. The outdoor stage has a DJ playing all of your favorite songs as you hang out with all of your friends under the Tuscaloosa night sky.
1 a.m.
Your friends try to get you to leave, but all you want to do is keep dancing and having fun with all of the new people you met on the roof top.
1:15 a.m.
“Okay fine I’ll go home, but let me try to get into VIP at least one more time.” You try and try, and of course no luck getting up there to look down at the "peasants" below, you are the peasant tonight.
1:30 a.m.
Finally after a long night out you and your friends finally make it home, and just in time for that Domino’s pizza to be delivered. Thank you dining dollars.
