It is almost time to graduate and before graduation, we, the seniors, need to get in one more bar crawl in, a bar crawl that hits every single bar in Oxford!
In order to be successful in your crawl, here are the places that you must visit:
1. Sushi Nara for saki-bombs. You might even want to try to race Sushi Steve!
2. Hole in the Wall... is it even called that anymore? This place is always changing and you never know what you are going to encounter when you descend the stairs, but they have great fishbowls!
3. O'Pub brings us a mellow feeling, but they make great black & tans, so I would try to hit this when you are semi-sober, so you don't make a scene in a quiet and relaxing environment.
4. The Hatch! Shots, shots, shots, shots...everybody!.
5. That new Corner Bar... R.I.P Smoking Ox. Even though it still has that new bar smell, it has a top and bottom, so you can get rowdy while enjoying the smell.
6. Decibel and 45. Some people consider these two different bars, so depending on your tolerance and group consensus, I say go all out and treat yourself to some pitchers at BOTH bars.
7. Skippers for beer towers.
8. Topdeck for your favorite mixed drink and a different crowd. And yes, I consider these two different bars, so let your ship sail to the land of constant beer.
9. The Woods and Sidebar. Redskins, I mean, were all going to miss that 1,600 calorie drink when we graduate.
10. Cj's. Mongolians.
11. Brick Street for trashcans, and yes multiple, because now you have to get the original and the tropical, so good luck. I would end your night here, because this is where you're most likely to be ratchet.
You can choose to go to Circle if you want, but I have found that they are not as appreciative of the senior bar crawl. Don't want to disrupt the townies!
