As school is lurking just around the corner, I know you all are so very excited for buying over-priced textbooks, pulling all-nighters, sitting through gen-eds and homework. On a lighter note, here are those events that hit once a year in August and September, as told by "The Office."
1. When the first syllabus pops up on blackboard
Can we rewind to the beginning of Summer?
2. Seeing the prices of all the textbooks you need to rent this semester
"A Paperback book you'll only use for 13 weeks? That'll be $150 please."
3. When freshmen ask you a million questions
"When's the first Frat party? Will there be cute boys?"
4. When it's rush week on campus
An abundance of greek letters, Lilly Pulitzer, and screaming women running around.
5. Getting that first bad grade
Nobody's perfect.
6. Writing your first research paper
Mistake number 2: Citing Wikipedia.
7. Giving your friends first day back fashion advice
Leave your heels and Louis Vuittons at home, you're going to thank all those jeans and sweatpants you packed.
8. When your professor decides there's a syllabus quiz the first day of class
A test on rules like we're in 4th grade again.
