This semester was challenging to say the least. Now that it is all over, I can reflect back on all my hard work. By that, I mean my proficiency in procrastination.

1. *The night before*

I am going to wake up at 8 a.m., go to the library, and study all day.

2. *The morning of*

Thirty more minutes, and I'll get up.

3. Starting the day

If I get up 10 a.m., it won't make a big difference. It's still early.

4. Checking off the to-do list

Well, let me check all my social media so I won't look at it when I do homework.

5. *Responds to a discussion board*

Alright, time for a thirty-minute break.

6. It's lunchtime!

I mean, it's vital to live.

7. Multi-tasking

I might as well watch Netflix while I eat.

8. *Three hours later*

Okay, I really need to concentrate.

9. A quick existential crisis

My entire life has actually been nonstop school.

10. Coffee is a necessity

Okay, a quick Starbucks run won't hurt.

11. "I am confusion"

Did we even learn this?

12. Serious questions

I wonder how much my grade will change if I don't do this one assignment.

13. Taking initiative

I think I'll ask about extra credit.

14. Food feeds the brain

I am so hungry.

15. Studying is draining

I don't have the energy to cook.

16. Priorities

You know what, it's not due until tomorrow. I'll be fine.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
