Growing up in Pennsylvania, I am no stranger to the wintery mix of snow. I've spent many days out rolling around in fluffy white snow. Many people will understand that there are certain stages to having a snow day not only throughout the day but throughout your life.
To begin we have a snow day in they eyes of elementary aged children:

-Wakes up in awe that it snowed so much
-Runs downstairs to check the news and see if school is cancelled which it is
-Jumps up and down in excitement
-Asks guardian to go outside and play with the neighborhood children
-Bundles up to extreme measures due to parents concern
-Finally ready, runs outside and jumps into the snow
-Plays outside for an hour or two
-Gets cold and decides to go inside
-Gets hot chocolate to enjoy and soak up the warmth
-Ends the day with a nap
