Philadelphia: a home away from home that I've come to love. This city is the largest in Pennsylvania and the fifth most populated city in the United States. It has a rich history and diverse culture. Visitors are enticed by the great food, monuments and attractions. Here is a list of attractions to visit on your future trip to Philly:

1. Reading Terminal Market: an indoor market at 12th and Arch Streets with a variety of food options.

2. Philadelphia Museum of Art: One of the largest art museums in the world and home to the famous Rocky steps. The museum contains European and American art pieces and has a collection of over 227,000 art pieces. It's also home to the famous Rocky steps and Rocky statue!

3. Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, and and other nearby historic sites: Where the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were adopted.

4. Philadelphia Museum of History: Contains exhibits and artifacts that depict the city's history museum.

5. Mutter Museum: Contains a collection of medical oddities and unique specimens.

6. Barnes Foundation and Arboretum: Contains a collection of beautiful artwork from the Post-Impressionist and Modernist periods along with more than 2,000 species of trees and plants.

7. National Constitution Center: Features many exhibits and original historical documents.

8. Eastern State Penitentiary: A former prison now-turned National Landmark. Held criminals such as Al Capone. During October of each year, catch the "Terror Behind the Walls" event.

9. National Museum of American Jewish History: History ranges from the colonial period to the present of Jews in the United States, and the museum's collection contains over 20,000 pieces.

10. University City: Part of West Philadelphia that includes institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel and the University of the Sciences.

11. Love Park: Located in Center City. It is named for Robert Indiana's iconic Love sculpture which stands in the center of the park

12. City Hall: A grand structure located in the center of Philadelphia.

13. African American Museum: A museum that depicts the diversity, culture and overall experience of the African American community

14. The Franklin Institute: A science museum and a center for renowned research and education.

15. Fairmount Park: One of the largest park systems in the United States with 9,200 acres of land. Includes Rittenhouse Square, Franklin Square, Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Schuylkill River Park, and many more.

16. Boathouse Row: A historic site located on the east bank of the Schuylkill River, north of the Philly Art Museum.

17. Schuylkill River Trail and Kelly Drive: Popular and scenic places for walking, cycling, etc.

18. Benjamin Franklin Museum: Showcases artifacts and exhibits of the life of Ben Franklin.

19. Mural Paintings: Artists create work using the city's architecture.

20. Avenue of the Arts: An arts/culture district of Philly which includes City Hall, the Kimmel Center, the Wilma Theater, Academy of Music, etc.
