We all have rough days that we feel like the world is just going to come crashing down around us. It's normal, but it doesn't mean those days don't suck. Here's a couple things to make those bad days a little easier.

Animal videos.


Go to the gym.

Yes, you'll sweat. but you're just sweating out the negative vibes. Endorphins come from exercise. Exercise is happiness.

Call your mom.

Mom's just make everything better.

Dance it out.


Turn on your favorite song and dance till you aren't sad.


Hang out with your friends.


because you can't be in a bad mood with your favorite people.


Eat your favorite food.


Remember it's a bad day not a bad life.

Your day will get better, and if it doesn't; there's always tomorrow.
