Things to Know If You Have An Older Sister

Here are some signs that you grew up with an older sister and things you should know about having an older sister!

1. She Will Always Be There For You

Through all the hard times in life, your sister is always gonna be that person who is going to be there for you through it all. When you are upset or just need someone to talk to you can go to her for anything.

2. You Basically Love The Same Things

You may not be twins, but you both love the same things. It could be the same bands, the same video games or the same type of clothes. You and your older sister both seem to enjoy the same activities as well as things hobbies.

3. She Helps You Make Decisions

Say you need help making an important decision in life, your sister is always going to be there to help you make those important decisions in life. She knows what is best for you and can help you along the way.

4. She Will Always Be Your Best Friend

Through thick and thin she will always be there for you. You may have your other friends from school but you sister is that one person who no matter what the situation is she will be your best friend for life.

5. She Acts Like The Boss

Sometimes it can be a pain but she does act like the boss! She will always boss you around begging you to get her whatever she wants but in the end you still love her.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine.
